Christina Blue is an executive advisor, business architect, and AI strategist with more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, and education.
She has operated at both strategic and execution levels, helping organizations move from complexity to clarity, and from stalled momentum to focused action.
Christina is the founder of The Executive Room™, a curated advisory environment for founders, consultants, physicians, and executive operators navigating AI, growth, and strategic change.
She is known for helping leaders quickly identify what is actually slowing growth, where operational friction is costing revenue, and what the highest-leverage next move should be.
Her work is grounded in discipline, integrity, and a belief that meaningful success should create value not only for the present, but for the generations that follow.
Christina’s approach is shaped by Vietnamese American roots and a long-view philosophy grounded in integrity, discipline, and service. She believes that what we build with honesty and intention today should create value for the people who come behind us.
This perspective informs every room she creates, every engagement she accepts, and every decision she helps leaders make.
Christina’s career spans more than 30 years across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, and technology. She has led executive operations in the pharmaceutical industry, helped build and optimize a physician-led medical practice over more than 15 years, and now advises founders and executive leaders at the intersection of AI, strategy, operations, and growth.
She brings a rare dual lens to her advisory work: the perspective of someone who has sat in the boardroom making strategic decisions and the perspective of someone who has worked on the ground to make sure those decisions are actually executed.
That combination is what makes her work distinct.
After 2 years of facilitating a weekly advisory room for executives across AI, healthcare, cybersecurity, biotech, and marketing, Christina noticed a consistent pattern: most leaders already have access to information. What they lack is a structured environment where they can think clearly and work through real decisions with the guidance of someone who sees the full picture.
The Executive Room™ is the formalization of that work. Small group. Real conversations. Clear next steps.
Outside of her practice, Christina travels the world with Jeffrey and their children, exploring wine regions and food cultures along the way, and stays grounded through fitness, training, and time with the people she loves most. Service has always been part of how she leads.
She serves on the Harker Upper School Parent Development Council, where she has supported the annual campaign and served as a grade level coordinator across more than fifteen years inside the Harker community.
She is a board member of Temple Emmanuel, an advisor to the Girls Give Back Foundation, and an active member of the Heritage Oaks chapter of the National Charity League with her daughter.
If you are navigating growth, AI strategy, or complex business decisions, you are welcome inside the room.
